Anderson is board-certified in internal medicine and earned her medical degree in osteopathic medicine from Nova Southeastern College of Osteopathic Medicine in Davie, Fl. The Suns finished 10th at the Division II National Championships in , after back-to-back 11th place finishes in and Anderson has coached 40 all-conference selections and 14 all-region golfers. She is a three-time region coach of the year and has led the Suns to the Division II National Championships in five of the last six years. Along with coaching golf at Tech, she also spent three seasons coaching basketball for the Golden Suns as she served as a graduate assistant coach in and then spent two years as an assistant coach. In addition to her coaching duties, Anderson serves as the Director of Student Athlete Success, a department organized to help Arkansas Tech University student-athletes develop and enhance the skills necessary for academic, athletic and personal growth.
What brought you to Haumea? I was floored when she told me about the vision for Haumea because I had been asking the universe for a bit more direction with the career shift I was undertaking. I was looking to start teaching and working with more families, specifically to support breastfeeding. I love how open Megan and Kristin have been in growing Haumea.
